We are bound by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to provide an adequate level of standard to our customers in relation to products purchased. We will honour warranty on all products, xtesty will facilitate warranty claims where a manufacturer provides a warranty. When a warranty claim is made, the customer is to provide full proof of purchase such as receipt and order ID.
We reclaim the right to deny a refund if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity has occurred.
Warranty will not apply in the event on normal wear and tear or due to lack of care for the product, it is up to the customer to maintain all products to a reasonable standard.
We are not legally obliged to accept returns and provide a refund if you change you mind. However, if you receive your product from us, you have 14 days to return your product in the original packaging (i.e. unopened, no damage) to receive a refund. Please contact us prior to doing so to ensure the return address is correct.
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please contact us immediately and we will discuss the situation with you. For damaged products in the mail, Australia post offer insurance on all parcels that the customer can make a claim directly with them.
